We will endeavor to fulfill your order within 2 days from receipt of payment.

Deliveries are generally conducted between the hours of 9.00am & 5.00pm, if you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your order we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries.

Guarantees

The guarantor is The Chair People, All wood frame footstools carry a 1 year construction guarantee. If the frame breaks we will repair or replace, if necessary, with the same model available or another model to the same value. Please note this guarantee applies to frames only.

This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods.

Returns

If you have received your order and wish to return them you have 7 days from the date of delivery in which to inform us of your decision. The goods must be returned in their original condition complete with packaging. 

We can have the goods collected from the customers address at the same cost as the original postage  charge. 
Once they are returned to us we will refund the original price less the cost of postage/ collection.
