Using traditional foundry techniques, we have been able to faithfully replicate cast iron gate designs from the 19th Century.
This makes the collection perfect for restoration and regeneration projects.
Whilst the designs and materials used are totally authentic to the originals
We have also developed the cast iron gates with the modern home owner in mind.
The driveway gates have been designed to make installation simple and to allow for integrated automation systems to be incorporated.
This sale is for a pair of the 12ft wide x 7ft high stirling gates and posts - as shown in the picture above
They are brand new - and are coated with 1 coat of black primer.
These are suitable for electric or manual operation.
The top hinge is a substantial U bolt arrangement and the bottom hinge is a 1/2" ball bearing sitting in a cup which slides 2" inside the gate frame.
They measure from the inside of the post to the inside of the post 147"
The clear opening is 138"
The outside of the post to the outside of the post 160"
They measure 7ft tall.
The posts are a substantial 7" square.
The horizontal gap between the bars - which is important if you need to keep your pets enclosed is 4 3/4" wide.
