Description"Sea Turtle Mermaid" OOAK Fused Glass PendantLittle mermaid is playing with her favorite friend the sea turtle. This little sea turtle is special, his shell is made of dichroic glass! Art that you can wear! The glass for this pendant was first cut by me, then fused in my kiln, allowed to cool, then hand painted by me, and allowed to cure for 24 hours, it was then fired again to make the paint permanent and scratch resistant.
Glass color is white on top and the bottom is black, turtles shell is an opal looking dichroic glass

About Us
I have been painting for as long as I can remember in some form or another. There is something about a blank canvas and the feel of paints creating something that is magical! I paint on very large canvases, aceo cards, to now tiny pieces of glass. I don't use much texture in my paintings, so color becomes very important. I try to show emotion and movement through my use of color. My paintings have sold all over the world from Iceland, Scotland, Japan, India, Canada and throughout the United States.
