Return policy:

 All sales are final. I describe all items with the greatest accuracy, provide high quality pictures and I go through each item with a magnifying glass so no imperfection will miss my sharp eye!

I won’t accept returns because you have changed your mind or it doesn’t fit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check measurements.

My items:

All my items come from a smoke free and pet free home.

 Please note that I only sell authentic items. All items are clothes of mine which don’t fit/don’t suit me or that I don’t like or use anymore.  All clothes were purchased from High Street stores retailers (TKMAxx, etc..), my clothes DON’T come from car boot sales! And you can therefore be sure that they are authentic labels.

Payment:

 I prefer Paypal but also accept cheques and postal orders from UK buyers (Please note the item will only be posted once the cheque has cleared so payment by Paypal or postal orders is recommended if you are willing to receive the item asap) - Paypal only for non UK buyers

Postage:

 Item will be well packaged. Please note that I always obtain proof of postage (I never forgot!) and cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post as it is obviously wouldn’t be my fault.  Please only bid if you are happy with the postage costs which include packing materials and travel. Please feel free to add the cost of recorded or special delivery on top of the stated postage cost if you would like the item to be sent recorded or special delivery within the UK.

For expensive items I would advise you pay extra to get the item sent special delivery as Royal Mail standard postage cover is limited and might not cover the full cost of the item. This is important!
