 Villene Lodge is a 40 by 20 foot Park Home located in a quiet close near to St Merryn village and about one and a half miles from one of seven beautiful beaches in the Padstow area.

The double glazed gas centrally heated lodge comprises 2 double and 2 single bedrooms with lounge/dining and TV, bathroom with shower and fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine located in an adjacent utility room.

Outside there is gated enclosed garden with table and chairs with decking to the front and parking for two cars.

On site facilities include tennis court, restaurant and bar.

Pillow cases and duvet covers etc. will need to be provided.
