BIN (Buy It Now) items and items where we have accepted a Best Offer come under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days, starting the day after receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. You do not need to return the goods within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund. This is the only charge that will be levied. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Upon inspection and confirmation of the above the customer's account will be credited with the purchase price of the item. |
