Shipping Times
We normally ship items within 1-3 days of receiving cleared payments. Sometimes security checks can delay shipments but we will always email you when your payment has been received/cleared and once again when we ship the item so you can expect it. UK deliveries are sent out with FedEx for express service. Overseas deliveries are sent out with various couriers depending on your preference of cost and delivery times can vary from a few days to a few weeks.

Collections
We are primarily a mail order company. Collections are only allowed for items over £500 (ex VAT) or for big/bulky items over 15kg. We do not keep items on premises for security reasons and appointments must be made via email for all collections.

We do not test the optical drive/network card/wireless/keyboard/battery etc etc. The item may contain non-original part sor may have been opened/resealed or screws may be missing.
