If you live in the Highlands of Scotland or outside of Mainland UK you must select the appropriate carriage charge, if you are unsure you can check your postcode at the link marked "Payment and Delivery" situated under Shop Pages on the left of the listing. We do apologise for the inconvienience but our couriers charge a premium for these deliveries

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Our postage fee is purely to cover our costs of our courier unlike other sellers who try to capitalise on higher carriage charges. Once we have received cleared payment your item will be dispatched as soon as possible & full tracking details will be sent by email to the email address provided by you on payment.

The Goods may be returned if unwanted within 7 days of purchase. Goods must still be in the same condition as despatched in, unused,still fully boxed and resaleable with all internal packing still in place. All returns are at the customer cost & please note we will not credit/refund any carriage paid on the order.

If the goods purchased are faulty please contact us by phone on 01254 883300 or email enquiries@neweffect.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent & faulty unit collected at no further charge to you. Goods may be subject to a handling charge subject to manufacturers terms and conditions if returned faulty and found not to be so.
