Peter and William Bateman Georgian Sterling Silver Fish Slice

Made at the Bunhill Row Workshop in London, in 1809.

A Superb Georgian Sterling Silver Fish Slice.  Made in London, in 1809, by Peter and William Bateman.  A Charming Silver Fish Slice with a mounted green stained bone handle.  The blade Pierced and Bright Cut engraved with a stylised fish, having a great deal of charm. The quality of this original engraving is of extremely good quality and in very good condition. A great pleasure to behold. Certainly good enough for the best collections or for the very best dining tables.

Condition:

The Marks:  Well Struck.  Makers mark a little worn.

The Fish Slice:  Very good.  No Splits, Dents or Reaprs.
