Made at the workshop in Bunhill Row, London 1810.

A Good Georgian Sterling Silver Dessert Spoon.  Made in London, in 1810, by Peter and William Bateman.  An Old English Pattern Dessert Spoon free from engraving.    

Condition:

The Marks:  Well Struck. 

The Spoon:  Good.  Some wear to the bowl.

Hallmarks:

  • Lion passant

  • Leopards head
  • George head duty mark 

Length:    Seven inches   17.4cm

Weight:    1.045ounces    29.6grams
