Postage

• If buying multiple items please wait for an invoice before making any payment, this will allow us to send you an invoice allowing for postal discounts on mulitple items.
• Items will usually be dispatched within 5 business days, however due to the nature of our business and the products being hand made this can on occasion take upto 10 business days, if your product is mid production. Most (in stock) orders are dispatched the next working day once funds have cleared. 
• All items will be dispatched in plain discreet packaging with no reference to the product.
• Items will be sent to your confirmed PayPal address, this is for your protection. Should you request for your purchase to be sent to an alternative address you will be required to pay an additional charge to have this product "signed for".
• We recommend customers select a signed for option of postage within the UK & European/Worldwide customers should consider having their purchase upgraded to Airsure, which is a trackable service.
• Purchases made where signed for or Airsure has not been selected, will NOT be subject to replacement as we cannot be responsible for the postal services. We obtain "proof of postage" for all items we send to prove that the item has been dispatched from us.
