All our utility shelving systems are hard-wearing and quickly assembled, with heavy-duty PVC shelves designed to store ANYTHING and everything. Shelves are load bearing (up to 90 kg per shelf) and are able to withstand extreme ranges in temperature. Our modular shelving system can be custom fit and does not have any limits on height or width. The adjustable bracket and rack system will allow you to organise large areas and save on floor space.

You will find that our utility shelving is far superior in quality to the traditional metal shelving that is prone to rust with poor quality chipboard shelves. Our shelving is reasonably priced in comparison, with hygienic, wipe clean shelves that are not affected by most chemicals.

We expect payment for goods to be made within 7 days with no exceptions. If we don't receive payment after 7 days then your order will be cancelled.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card	We can take payment for goods over the phone by credit or debit card. Call us on 0151 924 6402 to make a payment. We accept the following cards:
PayPal	We can accept most major credit and debit cards through PayPal. Our email address for PayPal payments is paypal@heskethsplastics.com
Cheque	Cheque payments should be made payable to "Hesketh's". Please ensure that you write the following card information on the back of the cheque: Credit/Debit card number, Issue and Expiry Date, Issue Number (if applicable). We guarantee all our cheques using Transax, a cheque guarantee service which enables us to process your order more rapidly. Please note that if your cheque is dishonoured you will have to pay a fee. If the information above is not written on the back of the cheque then we will be unable to guarantee it. In this situation, your goods will be posted upon clearance of the cheque which can take up to 10 days.
Postal Order or Banker's Draft	Postal orders or banker's drafts should be made payable to "Hesketh's".

Due to the bulky nature of these items, they do incur higher carriage charges as they have to be sent by a specialised delivery company. We try to keep them as low as possible.

PER ORDER = Any amount or combination of wall panels, trims and adhesives that are to be sent together as one order.

Once payment has cleared, we aim to despatch items within three working days. It is very important that you provide us with your phone number at the time of ordering as it is required by the carriers.

You are also welcome to collect your goods from our warehouse in Liverpool by arrangement - this is free of charge.

Damaged Goods

At the time of delivery, please check your goods for damage before signing for them. If there is any damage, then please notify the delivery driver and make a note of it on the delivery note that you will be required to sign. If your goods are damaged, then please contact us on (0151) 924 6402 and let us know so that we can arrange a replacement. We are unable to arrange replacements for goods signed for as received in a good condition.
