this is:   a little PVC heart's desire!  This is a deliciously smooth pair of Adult Baby panties in  a bright and shiny yellow - the PVC is soft and smooth but has a slight 'noise' to it! They have that distinctive PVC smell and are have a voluminous cut with elastic to legs and waist. Big and baggy enough for all your needs!
