1.)Payment. We prefer BACS bank transfer, Postal Order or cash into our account as these methods are free. If you pay with either of these methods there maybe a small discount. We also accept PayPal and Nochex. IMPORTANT - PayPal Payments: We will only send to VERIFIED PayPal Account holders with CONFIRMED PayPal addresses. You may bid and buy this item but you will need to get verified with PayPal before we can ship. Collection is cash only and not available when payment is made with PayPal.

2.) Postage & Packaging. All items are dispatched within 24 hours via the delivery options stated. If no insurance is purchased then no claim for loss or damage can be made. Please be aware our postage charge includes costs associated with dispatch as per eBay guidelines including but not restricted to packaging and materials. If you are in anyway unhappy with our postage fees do not buy, we always make sure the charges are a true indication of our costs and if taken into context of the auction price represents a true saving over buying the product elsewhere. You are responsible for checking your delivery when it arrives. Before you sign you need to make sure that the package is not physically damaged or any of the contents missing. You are requested to refuse any delivery with broken or missing parts. Signing for the item means that you are happy with the condition of the package and have absolved the courier of his duty, hence no insurance claim can be made.

3.) Returns Policy. Warranty is as stated in the listing. Manufacturers warranty is dealt direct with the company and in such circumstances the item will need to be sent to them unless 'On-Site Warranty' is specified. In all other circumstances the item will need to be sent to us AFTER an RMA Reference is obtained by contacting our relevant department. We will dispose of all returns which we receive with no RMA, we do not have the resources to chase up misappropriated items so can not.
