Exercised muscle absorbs creatine better so take one daily amount immediately after workouts. Also creatine is better absorbed by the muscle if taken with carbohydrates. This would account for the staggering results reported when using it with Amino Load.
Creatine is a tasteless substance so it is easily taken either in powder or tablet form. If taking it in the powder form it may be taken with warm water to aid its solubility, this is also the case when mixing it with Amino Load. Do not use hot water as this will destroy the effect. Although no detrimental side effects have been shown for creatine supplementation, except for water retention, no studies have been done on long term high doses. We would not therefore recommend using really high doses over long periods.
