Expressed from the kernels of Prunus armeniaca, apricot kernel oil is a perfect all around oil. It is a moisturising oil which will tone and soften the skin. It is rich in both linoleic and oleic acid (essential fatty acids) and is a natural source of minerals and vitamin A, B and E. Often used in baby products because of its fine gentle nature, it is excellent for feeding the skin, and is immediately absorbed. It is useful for all skin types, especially dry, mature or sensitive skin. It's especially nourishing and extremely gentle, and is revitalising and luxurious. For softer, more radiant hair, Rolls Choyce Essential’s pure apricot kernel oil can be used in shampoos and conditioners, or as a hot oil treatment.

Directions: Use as desired for massage/carrier, skin/hair care or bath oil. Add one to three drops of essential oil to each teaspoon of apricot kernel oil to create your own aromatherapy bath, moisturising oil or premium massage oil. As an all over body moisturiser, apply a little of Rolls Choyce Essential’s pure apricot kernel oil to the desired area and gently massage. For intensive hair care: warm the oil and spread the oil evenly over the parting and remaining hair. Comb the oil through hair and leave on for two hours. For extra attention for dry ends, rub a small amount of oil directly onto the hair ends and leave on for two hours. Rinse off using a mild shampoo. Store tightly in a cool, dry place.

Suggested Uses: Use as a massage, carrier, skin/hair care or bath oil. Can be used neat, in cream, lotion, balm, and soap making.
