ShippingAll of our standard delivery items are sent with proof of postage certificates which we can supply in case of loss or damage to your item in transit.
If you choose this option and your item gets lost, you are requested to make your own claim to Royal Mail with the information we provide.

For high value items, we recommend you choose Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24, and all overseas customers will receive their items with International Signed For Delivery only or Parcelforce International Scheduled Delivery.
We pay a company to store, bag and deliver our items for us, and these costs are reflected in our delivery charges, which are non negotiable and relative to the costs involved for this service.

ReturnsAll items are brand new unless otherwise stated and carry a 7 day return to base warranty, with the exception of sheds, games tables, etc, in which case the manufacturer will arrange collection and replacement providing the faults are reported immediately.
This means that any problem arising with your purchase must be reported on receipt, and returned to us immediately if sent from our warehouse.
We will not refund any postage costs unless we are certain the item you received was faulty when we sent it, and will only refund items that are returned to us in the exact condition they were sent with original packaging and a note explaining the problem along with your username, item number and contact
telephone number.
You will be offered a replacement or a refund, but the item value only will be refunded, not the original postage. Please be aware of this before bidding, it is a rare occurance, but it is best that you know beforehand.
