In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have a period of seven working days after the date of receipt of goods within which you can cancel the contract and get your money back. In order for you to exercise this right, you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to restore them to us promptly. All returns are to be made at your own cost.

A full refund will only be issued if the goods are returned in their original condition (without any physical changes/modifications such as scratches or shortening of bracelet), with ALL accompanying documents and packaging.
