How it works:

You can call us on the number above or email at sales@xbox360repairservices.com. We will send you an order form for you to fill in and email back to us to book your console in.

Once you've booked in your console, on your day of choice we will arrange a courier to pick up your PS3 from wherever you want either home or work address and bring it to us.

 Here, our experienced technicians, will use the latest diagnostic tools to get your PS3 working again. All completed repairs will be fully cleaned and serviced etc before being returned.

We will then return your fully working console via fully insured DHL back to your address. The console will be covered for the same fault with a three months warranty.

 WHAT DO I NEED TO DO:

We've tried to make the whole process as simple as possible for you.

1. First email us with the problem.

 2. We send you a order form to fill in and email back to us.

3. Send payment to paypal sales@xbox360repairservices.com Or we can invoice you from paypal. Cash cheque or postal order can be sent with the console.

4. Box up your console only and include the completed repair form. We do not want the cables, accessories, hard drives, joypads etc.Please make sure we have your phone number.

5. Your console will be collected, repaired and delivered back to you.

MORE INFO.. When packing the box, try to use the original with lots of packaging material. If this is not possible, then use a box not much larger than the console itself and pack it well with bubble wrap or other packing material in order to prevent any potential movement or damaged. If you place your order after 11am and select that you would like the courier today, we will arrange for collection the next working day. So we don’t have consoles coming in we can not account for please make sure you put your name and address in with the console.
