Large ps2 and slimline both have exactly the same port configuration difference is the clearance on the slimline for the plug is much reduced. Our new plug fits both.

We literally go the extra mile and post only at the main sorting office.

We usually do the post run at around 7:00 PM (Saturday 12:00) and post all cleared orders hence amazing fast service feedback.

Post & Packaging
Please note this is DEFINITELY not just the cost of the stamps and protection it involves staff and my time. Quality service takes time and some items have to be manually retail packaged. Sorry we don't do a second class service (see dispatch).

Please ensure you add the cost of the item and P&P together before you agree to buy. Combined postage for multiple items if not stated on advert must be agreed beforehand.

Feedback Policy:
Please remember feedback is permanent and we will only post feedback upon receiving yours so we know all is well we do this daily as we know how important it is
Avoid negative feedback - contact us first to resolve any issues. We are reasonable and will work hard to resolve issues fairly. Most issues can be resolved without having to leave negative remarks for each other.

Communication:
Emails are sent to high bidders. PayPal payment invoices are automatically forwarded to your ebay email address within 24 hours and dispatch notices emailed on day of dispatch. Remember to update your eBay email address - we will not be able to contact you if you do not provide a current email address.

Returns
Please email us we will issue an RA number (Returns Authorisastion) its important this number is quoted at least to us by you by accompanying paper work with item, ie a note will do incorporating RA123 name and address
Briefly we are confident in our products so returns are infrequent but to stop misuse we ask you to post back in original packaging and to take care of it like we did on our dispatch. Note we cant be held responsible for it getting lost or damaged in the post on the way back so get proof of posting at least from post office.
