Delivery All uk deliveries will be sent Royal Mail business post items of under £28.00 will normally be sent standard mail and recorded delivery. Bigger items are sent by our courier. Please note we will only ship to the cardholders address Returns policy In the event that your item is faulty or broken when goods are received, please notify us by email to sales@retrotoys2004.com with 48 hours of receipt. If you can advise the date of purchase and what the fault is with the item. Retrotoys2004 will then contact you with instructions on how to return the goods. Please note we will not be able to refund postage in a case were the item is found to be a manufacturer fault. Goods returned for any other reason ( eg wrong goods ordered or item not liked by the customer ) must be received in new and unused condition. In order to return goods you must email retrotoys2004 within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
