Please note that if you placed a bid that means you are committed to buy, therefore we accept no excuses for any late payment or cancellation. Please pay within 4 days or give intention to pay within 24 hours after the end of auction. Non-payers will be reported without any consideration. It is buyer's responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate. No refund will be given for lost items due to incorrect / incomplete address information, additional fee is payable for returned items to be posted again for covering second-time posting fee & time waste. Sorry to indicate this, but it has happened not only once.

Please also note that we do NOT ship to international locations, UK only; and also we do not combine postage fees for multiple purchases as our auctions are with very low starts, some of the postage fees include start-selling price as well. Due to work commitments, local collection is not offered for any of our auctions.

IMPORTANT——We do everthing we can to get the items reaching you as fast as possible as all our items are sent by Royal Mail First Class (Recorded for High Valued Items ) and we always retain Proof of Postage.  Although in some unforeseen circumstances that delivery may be delayed or item may be lost / damaged during transit as this is obviously beyond our control,  we will still refund you in full or offer you an alternative replacement even if with NO postal insurance offerred by us. Please bear in mind that we will only grant a refund after we have received compensation from the Royal Mail. Please note that the Royal Mail Refund Process will take approximately 30 days, so please be patient as they may have to take out an investigation.
