Returns
No item may be returned without a Returns Authorisation Number. This will be supplied on request via email and MUST be clearly marked on the returning package.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. However, we MUST be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us by the cheapest recorded method. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost within 7 days.
