Why did the troubles start after so many years? What role did the loyalists play? What about the secret war? Is the war over?

 

The second two DVD’s contain news footage and documentaries from some of the most violent rioting in N.Ireland in recent times.

Ardoyne has seen some of the worst troubles unfold for many years. Sectarian violence reaches peak during the orange marching season . Holy Cross Girls School was the subject of huge worldwide attention as millions watched terrified children scrambling to school. First hand accounts and real footage from behind the lines on both sides of the divide and what its really like to live in these circumstances and who blames who.  Running Time 2hrs approx.

 

Drumcree and Garvaghy Road in 2001 was a summer of violence. After a 5 day stand off by the Orangemen, the police had a change of heart and allowed the parade to go ahead. What followed was an aftermath of mayhem and violence throughout N.Ireland. Also included is documentaries on the Loyalist Feud in 2001 when 5 people were killed.  Running Time 2hrs 30 mins approx.
