The battery supplied has been tested over 36 holes, however we can not guarantee that this battery is suitable for 36 holes on all courses, as hilly, rough or boggy terrain will have a significant impact on the distance that the trolley can travel.

With any warranty claim (if the problem can not be solved with parts) we will, COLLECT, REPAIR and RETURN your trolley and COVER ALL COSTS. You do not pay a penny.
All Purchases are backed up by our 7 day no-quibble refund policy, simply return the trolley back in suitable packaging and in new / unused condition for a full refund.
Unless specified otherwise in the item description warranty you ProTrolley electric golf trolley is warranted against manufacturing defects, faulty materials for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. The charger, all wheels and carry bag supplied with your ProTrolley are warranted for a 1 year period.
Should you have problem with your item during this period in most cases we resolve the problem with replacement parts in the post.
In Year One all parts and labour cost are at our exepnse. Initially any problems will be resolved by supplying parts, Shou ld your trolley need to be returned to us for repair during this time, we will arrange with you to collect your trolley and return it to you free of charge.
In Year Two of the warranty period, We will arrange with you for the trolley to be collected and returned for a fixed carriage and administration fee which we will discuss with you prior to the repair. This fee will not exceed 30% of the original purchase price.
