The Proform 480CX is a fully featured folding treadmill. The 480cx comes with Lift Assist, meaning that lowering and raising the deck is made even easier than normal, and means that when folded the treadmill can be easily stored in a smaller space. The 500CX comes with 10 pre-programmed speed and incline combined programmes and 2 heart rate programmes, allowing you to maximise your exercise for calorie burning and improving your aerobic capacity.
The incline and speed can be adjusted using the 480CX’s Quick Speed and Quick Incline technologies meaning that all you need to do is push the button to change the settings. The 480CX also has the ProShox Plus, which reduces impact by 25%, meaning that you get a more comfortable and safer run on the treadmill. The 480CX also comes with a blue backlit LCD display in the console so you can see your speed, incline, distance, pulse, time, time/km and calories, allowing you to get all the information you could need while working out, and with a Cool Aire Workout Fan, you can keep cool while training.
