Delivery information:
Clearly AV ship via the Royal Mail and Parcelforce, we use insured, traceable services which will require a signature on delivery.
Items weighing less than 2kg are shipped via recorded Royal Mail delivery, items over 2kg are shipped via Parcelforce as standard.
eBay purchases made before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day.
Our standard delivery time is 3-4 working days from the date your payment clears. This does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
Our couriers deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday; we cannot specify an exact delivery date or time.
We only ship within Mainland UK; we do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland, Southern Ireland, B.F.P.O or P.O Boxes.
Please note that there will be additional charges to ship to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25). Returns information:
In accordance with the DTi "Distance Selling Regulations", customers have 14 working days to change their minds and cancel an order. We will refund, provided that the goods are in 'as new' condition, unused in the original packaging, including manuals, internal packaging, free gifts etc.
When returning an unwanted item, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, in exceptional circumstances we are able to arrange a collection service, but this will be at the customer's expense.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our sales line 01473 705216 within 7 days in order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items which are returned to us without an RAN will not be processed and returned to the customer at their expense.
Refunds will be issued once our Returns Department have inspected the goods and are happy that the item has been returned legitimately. Refunds generally take 10-14 days to be processed.
All items sold by Clearly AV include a full manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 12 months (length of warranty will vary depending on the manufacturer). All items sold are brand new, direct from the manufacturer unless specified in the listing.

A: Yes, customers are able to collect their eBay purchase from our Ipswich offices. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are collecting an item.
