All orders received and paid for by 4pm on a working day will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm will be sent the following working day.

Hi Bebe LCD Fetal Doppler Rental Terms and Conditions

1. The minimum rental period is one month.

2. Rental is charged at £16.95, inclusive of VAT, per month/part of month.

3. Each monitor rented by us comes with new batteries and a 250ml bottle of ultrasound gel.

4. If you wish to cancel your rental agreement within 7 days of delivery, you must contact us in writing to let us know, and return the monitor by recorded delivery or courier in its original condition*. On receiving the monitor back in its original condition we shall provide you with a refund, less £10.00 administration fee, and £3.00 ultrasound gel charge. You will receive the refund within fourteen days.

5. If you wish to continue your rental of you monitor you must purchase additional months rental.

6. If we do not receive prepayment for any given month's rental, and you have not returned the monitor in its original condition, we shall inform you either by telephone, email or letter.

7. If any payment remains outstanding for more than one month we shall charge you a £10.00 administration fee in addition to the outstanding rental fee.

8. Non return of a rental item is theft. If payment remains outstanding for more than two months the rental agreement will terminate, and we will initiate legal proceedings against you to recover any monies owed and the monitor. You will be liable for all costs incurred in this process and a mandatory £30 administration fee.

9. If you rent the monitor continuously for a six month period, then the Doppler becomes your property and we will provide you with a further six months warranty.

10. It is part of the rental agreement that you must inform us of any changes of contact details including changes of address, telephone and email.

*Please keep the original packaging for returning the monitor at the end of your rental period and attach the enclosed labels to return the monitor to us by registered post.

Shipping Information:

All items ordered and paid for before 3pm on any working day (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Items ordered after 3pm but before 5pm may be dispatched the same day depending upon collections . All items ordered outside these times will be dispatched the following working day. Deliveries to non UK mainland destinations may take longer than the standard delivery times stated. Please check with Royal Mail or Parcelforce for further details.

Warranty:

All items have at least 12 months warranty.

Returns Policy:

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise your right within seven working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order - either by email, post or fax. The goods must be returned to us at your expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. Goods must be in original condition.
