·          Please note that delivery is within the United Kingdom Mainland only. Northern Scotland, Islands such as Isles of Man, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland will incure extra delivery charges please ask or send your postcode for costings. (Under no circumstances will we consider sending abroad, so please do not ask!).   Normal delivery time can vary depending on the size and value of the item. The majority of items are sent by standard parcels and take between 1 to 8 working days to arrive from date of despatch. Despatch is Monday-Friday only. Items offered with next day delivery will be shown in the listings

·          Payment for any item won, should be paid within 24 Hours.  Payment by Paypal is the preferred method but we will accept postal orders and cheques which will be cleared by Transax. Please ensure that you send postal orders by secure delivery to ensure if lost in the post, that you will not loose your money.  Goods will not be despatched until full payment is received and payments have been fully cleared. If you do have any problems with payments for items please contact us and we will do our best to help.

·          If you have any questions please feel free to Email us before buying the item.  Do not buy unless you are a serious and are going to pay.  Any unpaid items will be reported to E-Bay and will result in an unpaid strike against you. Please ensure the item you are buying is what you really want, always research the item you are intending to purchase.

·           Please DO NOT E-mail us asking for any price reductions on listed items.  If you are buying a few items let us know and we will see if we can apply a discount on the postage for you.

·          The postage charge includes all shipping charges/handling fees, packing expenses and also includes our Couriers standard insurance cover against lost or damaged items. This is upgraded should the value of the item sold exceed £35.00.   (Insurance covers the cost of the won item only and does not include the postage charge unless the combined cost is £35.00 or under).   In the event of an item being lost or damaged, on request we will send the buyer proof of postage and claim form and it is the buyers responsibility to submit the claim to our courier.  If for any reason you do not agree with the postage charge shown on the advert, or any of these displayed conditions then please do not buy.

·       In the unlikely event the item found to have any manufacturers defects it can be returned under the manufacturers warranty terms.

•  PLEASE NOTE all our units are either security marked or tagged by our company to stop people fraudulently trying to return the same type of goods not purchased from Gregory Audio Visual. 

 When the returned item has been confirmed as purchased from Gregory Audio Visual the item will be exchanged for an identical product. In any cases of the item being out of stock the cost of the item only will be refunded.  Refunds issued will be upon receipt of the returned item, returns must be made at the buyers own expense, and only the cost of the item will be refunded (postage costs will not be refunded under any circumstances).  It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any returns are insured against possible loss or damage during transit. All returns will be tested before any refund.
