Please contact us first if you need to return your item. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, in the case of clothing for example, please return the item in good unused saleable condition by Recorded Delivery in the UK. Please also note that goods returned to us under these circumstances, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We charge a flat re-stocking and postage fee of £2.00 for all replacement items sent to you within the UK. 

For international items that need to be re-sent we will re-send goods via Airmail International Signed For Postage, the postage and handling fee is determined by weight to your destination.
