• Paypal in pounds sterling (GBP) is the only payment method we accept. We appreciate payment within 48 hours of the auction‘s end.
• PLEASE NOTE: Echeque payments take approximately two weeks to clear. No item can be despatched until cleared payment is received. Paying via echeque will therefore cause a considerable delay in your receiving your purchase.

• All items are appropriately parcelled. We do not send fragile items in envelopes!
• We will only post to the address you have registered with paypal.
• Wherever possible, items are sent only via Recorded, Signed for or Special delivery.
• We are happy to combine shipping where appropriate and possible. Items are usually posted within 24 hours of our receipt of cleared payment.
• Your purchase will require a signature on delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot. If you do not do this within 5 days, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, we will refund the purchase price of the item (excluding p&p) and resell it. We would need to reclaim the fees we had been charged by eBay for the first sale.

• A full refund will be offered providing the buyer contacts us within 24 hours of delivery of the item and we receive the item back within 7 days. We do not give partial refunds.
• We do not accept returns or give refunds for items which though correctly described are found to be the wrong size, not liked, or due to buyer-remorse. The buyer's bid is binding and we will not refund if the buyer subsequently regrets the amount they bid in an auction or paid in buy-it-now listings.
• In the rare event of a parcel being mislaid during transit, we will make a claim from the Post Office. Once they have confirmed that it cannot be located and refunded us, we will refund the buyer.

• We are happy to leave feedback for buyers and we are grateful to those buyers who will do the same for us. We can leave more detailed feedback if we know you have received your item. However, if you prefer us to leave feedback straight away, please let us know when you purchase the item and we will leave feedback stating that you paid immediately.
