TERMS & CONDITIONS (Please read these before purchasing)

1)  Due to many, many, many EBayers purchasing from us but then never leaving feedback we have had to adopt a policy that our feedback will only be left upon receipt of the buyers first.   It is a shame we have to do this but we are fed up with having to constantly email individuals asking for feedback only to receive nothing in return.

2)  We do receive products back into stock (strictly within 28 days) on condition they have not been used and are in the condition sent.  Products should be returned (buyer bears cost of return postage) to our warehouse (address upon request) and upon inspection if the products are restockable a refund is issued minus postage.  If the item is in our opinion not restockable, we will inform the buyer via email and invite them to collect the item from our warehouse.  Alternatively, we will accept funds for additional postage charges sent via paypal for the products redelivery.  We assure our customers of fresh, new products, not second hand, soiled ones.

3)  We have experienced many non payers of late and therefore feel it necessary to state if we do not receive payment within 7 days we will automatically leave negative feedback.
