RETURNS We will accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of goods and we will refund the cost of the goods only, return postage cost is also at the buyers expense. Where pp is shown as free the postage cost value paid by us will be deducted from any refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS In the event that an item is damaged or faulty on receipt we will arrange for a collection at our expense for carrier shipped items. For smaller, postal items we will ship an exchange item along with a prepaid return envelope. If you prefer a refund only for damaged or faulty postal items we will arrange for a prepaid return envelope and in this instance also refund your original postal cost.
