Description

The Object of This Game is to Buy Certain Properties and to Insure Them.

Each Players Aim is to Stay Solvent.A Player Becoming Insolvent Drops Out of the Game.

The Last Remaining Player is the Winner.

A Counter is Moved Around the Board - Players Can Purchase the Property if They Wish.

The Property Can Then Be Insured if Desired - An Insurance Certificate is Purchased for Full or Half Value.

Once the Counter Completes a Circuit of the Board - Players Also Take a Card From One Of the Two Packs.

The Owners of the Properties Can Receive Insurance Money From the Pool.

On Payment of Full or Part Value,All Indications of Ownership Are Removed,and the Property Once More Comes Up on the Open Market For Re-Purchase.

Each Property is a Source of Income - ie Rents,Profits,Charter or Exhibition Fees.

Properties Can Be Sold to Other Players to Raise Money,As Well as Selling Insurances..

The Board is in Reasonable Condition - A Little Warped and Has a Couple of Tear Marks - Clean and Bright - Looks Good.

All the Cards Are in Excellent Condition - Look Great For Their Age - Look Unused.

The Money is in Excellent Condition - Clean and Crisp - Looks Unused!

I Am Not Sure if the Wooden Charm Piece is Original.

The Box Base Has Scuffing to the Edges,Tape,Tear Marks and is Dented.

The Box Lid Has Split Corner's and Sides,Scuffing,Tear Marks,is Dented and Has a Price Written On it!

This Rare Game is in Good Condition - The Cards and Money Look Unused.

The Box is a Little Tatty.

International shipping - all items are sent by airmail, unless otherwise requested, and I always obtain proof of posting for every item that I send.

UK payment - I accept payment by PayPal or cheque.

International payment - I accept payment by PayPal only.

If payment is made by cheque, the item will be sent out after the cheque has cleared into my account, normally 5-7 days.

If payment is made by PayPal the item will be sent out on the day or next day payment is received.

I will make contact with the winning bidder within 3 days and I expect payment to be made within 7 days for UK buyers and 10 days for international buyers. If you are unable to do this, please contact me to let me know.

If you successfully win more than one of my auctions, I offer a discount on postage & packaging costs.

If an item is lost or damaged in the post, I will make a claim for compensation with Royal Mail in order to help provide a refund for the buyer.
