I have for auction a Victorian Staffordshire paste pot, or jar, Meet of the Foxhounds.
Produced by the Pratt Factory, this is a nice example of a popular subject and would make a nice addition to The Cabinet, although I have run out of room in mine!
It is in good condition, with rich colours and some minor crazing consistent with age on the neck of the pot.
There are 2 small chips, as shown, 1 of which does not impinge onto the pot and it is quite evenly stained with age. However, as stated, the colours are rich and clear and the pot displays well.
Thank you for looking and good luck.
