What does OSCommerce do?
Allows store owners to setup, run, and maintain their online stores with minimum effort and with absolutely no costs or license fees involved.

With this plugin, this accounting package becomes the perfect companion to OSCommerce. You can synchronise the sales of your webshop to the general ledger. The latest version allows easy access to the database without a direct connection.

All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class.

The Royal Mail collect at around 11am each morning, orders placed in the evening are normally dispatched the following day, unless the warehouse are really busy , in which case it may be dispatched the following day. The same applies to orders received after 11am each day. Monday's are the busiest day, with order coming in from over the weekend.
As a Royal Mail requirement there is a Returns Department label on the back, for any products that could not, for whatever reason be delivered, to be returned to us. It also serves a dual purpose, if the product is found to be faulty, the customer can return it to the same address.

Delivery Queries: If you have any delivery queries please email us, we can supply tracking numbers if parcels are delayed. Please note that although Royal Mail first class will normally get there within 2 days, they do state that you should allow up to 5 days.

Returns Policy

• We are responsible for orders reaching the customer, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense.
• Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
• All products carry a 12 (twelve) month warranty (unless otherwise stated).
• Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
• The customer will be refunded the cost of the return postage.
• If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• A return address label is attached to each order with our details on it, if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender.
• Orders will not be accepted for return if they are not faulty.

We sell customer service, the product is a bonus.
