30 Days of receipt

Contact us at tadstoys@fsmail.net before returning the item as any problem can usually be dealt with quickly.
We will accept Returns up to 30 Days from date of receipt. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. A full refund will be given when the item received back at our return address. ( full refund includes original postage value).It is the purchaser’s responsibility for the return postage.
Any faulty items will be accepted back within the 30 day period. An exchange ( where stock still available ) may be given or a refund when the item has been received back at the return address. It is the purchaser’s responsibility for the return postage.
