Returns

• 1. This product has a one-year warranty. Buyers must contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.

• 3. Please Contact us via eBay or e-mail us at zulf1@live.co.uk to obtain your RMA number within 3 days your received the item. For all returns we must be contacted so that a return may be intiated. Returns will not be accepted if we are not contacted first.
• 4. you may have 28 days to return the item from the date it was received. If you failed to return it to us within 28 days,it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
• 5. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID. Each package must be accompanied with a return authorization(RMA)number. All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted.
