PORTUGAL - 1929 RED CROSS ISSUE - MINT UNHINGED

The following stamps are from an approvals book issued by the 'National Stamp Company',  832, Eighth Avenue, New York in the mid 1950's and are on one of 15 pages therein.  Only the single staple has been removed and everything, including the page itself,  is in exceptional condition with no discoloration or other damage.  The book has virtually remained closed for about 55 years thus protecting the contents.
