If you are unable to use Paypal, please use this method. It is safer (& cheaper) than using postal orders / cheques and you will receive your item much quicker. You can use either on-line banking or pay cash at a local bank. Please e-mail for bank details after completing your purchase. POSTAL ORDER . We do accept postal orders and your item with be despatched on receipt of. PERSONAL CHEQUE . If you are unable to use any of the other methods, we will accept a personal cheque. Please be aware though there will be a significantly delay in the despatching of your item, whilst your cheque is cleared. SHIPPING OPTIONS. ------------------- SHIPPING (United Kingdom) All items purchased from us are despatched within 1 working day. We always obtain a receipt of posting & to keep costs to a minimum we use Royal Mail second class delivery. The vast majority of our mail reaches its intended destination within 3 working days, however in the unlikely event you haven't received your item after 18 days we will assist you in claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. If your item hasn't arrived within the time period, please complete a P58 Royal Mail 'Claim for compensation form' (available from post offices or can be download from www.royalmail.com) and forward it to us. For peace of mind, we do offer a recorded delivery service which you may wish to consider using (see below). RECORDED DELIVERY. For 70p extra your item will be sent by recorded delivery. In the event of loss/damage to your goods, you will be automatically covered for up to £34 in compensation by the Royal Mail. Additionally, if you do use this service and your item hasn't arrived within 14 days we will send you a replacement the next working day (or issue a full refund) - This is our personal guarantee to you. MULTLIPLE PURCHASES. If you would like to purchase more than one item at the same time and have them delivered to the same address, then please email before paying. We will then offer you the best discount on carriage that we can. All orders totalling £20 or more are sent by recorded delivery at no extra charge, SHIPPING (European Union). Most of our items can be shipped (at your own risk) to EU member countries for an additional charge. Please refer to the item description for details. RETURNS POLICY. ----------------- We will refund the full purchase price (excluding postage & packing costs) subject to: 1) The item being returned (complete with all packaging) within 7 days of receipt. 2) All seals and protective covers being fully intact. 3) The return postage costs having been pre-paid in full. If the item has been used, seals broken or any protective covers removed, you will not be entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
