Note A: The Used Envelope Discount currently DOES NOT apply to items of A4 size or over (due to a current lack of used envelopes of this size), which includes Vinyl LP’s & Large Books or bulky/heavy items which may require alternative forms of packaging. The listing will usually state if the Used Envelope Option applies.

Return policy details:
Should you be unhappy with your purchase or change your mind then you can return the item. I will refund you if you return the item in the same condition as you received it. If this is new and packaged then it should be unopened. P&P fees and any return P&P fees remain the bidders responsibility in this instance.
If my description is grossly misleading then I will refund you in full including postage both ways.
Fixed Price & Shop Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Auction only items should be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Items returned using incorrect P&P amounts that incur charges on delivery/collection for the unpaid postage rates and the standard Royal Mail admin fee of £1.00 will be refused and returned to sender. If the item is subsequently lost or damage on the way back then the subsequent financial loss will be the responsibility the bidder.
Please ensure you have obtained Proof of Posting and the correct Insurance cover where applicable in the event of loss or damage when returning items to ensure that you are properly refunded for the subsequent financial loss. Returning items via a trackable service such as Recorded Delivery is recommended for added peace of mind and protection.
Payment Instructions:
Payment should be made within 7 days of the auction ending.
Payment is accepted by PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order for all UK Bidders. For bidders outside the UK – PayPal or International Money Orders in UK Pounds only that can be cashed in the UK without incurring charges.
Please DO NOT send money though the post. If this is lost on route to me then I will not be able to send your goods out until further payment reaches me. Also, please ensure you have paid the correct postage as items received that incurs a Royal Mail surcharge for incorrect postage will be automatically returned to sender.
