If you have a genuine reason for returning your item then you must email me within 24 hours of receipt to discuss it. Items being returned are at your own expense and in the original condition and packaging suitable for re-sale. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
If you have ordered the item and changed your mind you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less any handling charges and carriage. (Standard handling charge is 20%) The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
