From my personal collection, this item is without a box. This Porsgrund "troll" plate is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. Porsgrund has made some of the finest and most desirable and  artistic pottery and one of the most appreciated handicrafts for its craftsmanship and detailed qualities. Porsgrund is representing today an example of continuity, search and innovation in the tradition, having melted the creative Norway fantasy together with the formal and chromatic originality of Europe's finest.

Payment must be received right away after the close of the auction or after the "Buy Now" option is selected. If payment is not received within the time frame (max. 24 hours), the seller has the option to re-list.  Items being sent to or claimed in Florida are subject to applicable Sales Tax.

I usually ship in 3-5 business days. Some of my items are shipped from different warehouses. All items are available at the time I listed it. If an item is on back order, I would be happy to refund your money if you do not want to wait.

Returns are accepetd within the first 48 hours of your item arrival. Returns are only accepted if there has been error in the  EBay Listing Description. No return is accpeted on items damaged in transit. Shipping and Handling is NOT refundable.   Postage for returning an item will be paid by the buyer. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent - in order to get a full refund. Only the price paid for the item will be refunded not the original shipping and handling fee. If the item you are returning was shipped as free shipping, a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. **NO RETURNS on body jewelry, jewelry, creams, lotions, dvds, vhs, cds, software or music cds and cassettes or if stated in item description.
