Price reduced due to purchase of yet another motorcycle...Porsche 928 S 1983 Y Auto with an excellent history and in very good condition for its age (26 years old).White with full blue leather interior.Only 117 k miles.Original handbook/Service book showing supplying Porsche dealer Monarch Cars of Warwick and serviced by them until 1988 at 36k miles then another Porsche service at 48k miles then huge amounts of paperwork detailing work carried out over the years...far too much to list.Owned and looked after locally (Witney,Oxfordshire) since 1998 also serviced and maintained by the same 2 technicians since 1998.Most recently this year in 2009 it has had all fluids flushed and renewed.Brake fluid upgraded to DOT 5.1 synthetic.New cambelt spark plugs,HT leads,rear brake discs & pads,both front wheel bearings,handbrake shoes,brake light switches,window switches,drive shaft CV boot,drive belts,and probably more that I have forgotten.In 2004 it had a new climate control sensor and alternator.Air con and cruise control are not working.I have the air con cooler but it is not currently fitted in the front of the engine bay.Bodywork is good in most areas but paintwork is showing its age with chips,scratches and needing a good polish in some places,but no more than you would expect on a car of this age that has not been resprayed.Bodywork is very straight with "no dents or dings". I have the side strip protectors but they are not currently fitted;the holes have been temporarily filled where the side strip protectors would normally live,these could very easily be refitted if you wanted,the previous owner preferred the "cleaner" look of the car with them off.The front spoiler needs repair or replacement due to being cracked in both corners.The interior is showing its age on the dash where the leather below the air windscreen vents has moved and an area of white piping on the drivers seat is worn.Clarion radio cassette with flip removeable front fitted.My Porsche drives superbly and can easily be supplied with a full 1 year MOT if you offer me enough money or drive away as it is with MOT until 21st January and tax until 31st January.I have tried to be as honest as possible with my description unlike other vehicles that are so often inaccurately described then when you view them you have wasted your time.This a genuinely well maintained Porsche which you will find hard to find for this sort of money-beware pretty looking polished Porsches that have not been properly maintained-they will cost you thousands to put right.Please Please no idiots,no timewasters.No test drives without- 1 proof of identity,2 Driving licence,3 proof of insurance,4 agreed sale price in cash in my hand or I am happy to drive for an appropriate distance for testing.Sorry but I have had too many idiots and timewasters in the past.If you want my Porsche then strictly cash in full only,deposit of £300 will hold it for 7 days only and will NOT be refunded.I do not have time to waste typing so if you are genuinely interested in my Porsche then please phone me.Tel. 07971400429.I will be very sad to see it go but I just do not have the time to enjoy it due to owning too many motorbikes and other committments.My Porsche is located at home with me at OX28 4DX in Witney,Oxcfordshire.Thanks for your interest.Regards Simon.Tel. 07971400429 anytime.
