You are bidding on a plush Popeye the Sailor Man "Whimpy" cartoon character doll.  He measures approximately 13 inches tall, and is in nice condition, with original hang tags, made by Kellytoy.  

 Payment is due within 7 days of auction's end, or item will be relisted, and a non paying bidder alert will be filed with ebay.  You can make payments via Paypal, money orders, or cashier's check. 

Items come from a smoke-free home.  But, please be aware, some items are picked up at yard sales, flea markets and thrift shops, so they may have come from a smoking home.  However, if they have a smoke smell to them, I will list that in the description.

Shipping is listed-it may be a fixed rate, or sometimes, depending on the weight of an item, I may use calculated shipping charges.  Shipping fees are non-negotiable....I am not trying to make money off of shipping, and try to charge an honest rate, based on the item I'm shipping.  If I'm selling a heavier item, I will be flexible on whether to ship Parcel Post, or Priority, but for smaller items, I will only ship Priority Mail, or First Class.  Videos, books, etc. will be shipped via Media Mail, unless otherwise requested.

**International shipping:  I charge actual postage on shipping outside of the contiguous U.S.  Please be aware, Economy Post is the most requested, but it does take longer to arrive...I have had it take up to 3 months, for some areas, to receive packages shipped this way.  Also, it is illegal for me to list the package a "gift" on the Customs form, for an item that is purchased from me.  Therefore, I will NOT do so, so please don't ask me to break this law.
