Postage Details: All of our items are sent either by 1st Class Recorded Or Special Delivery depending on the value of the goods being sent Someone will have to sign for the parcel as this is the only way we are covered should the parcel go missing you will recieve an e-mail with the tracking information and an e-mail to tell you your goods have been sent your item will be posted possibly the same day or definitely the next working day when the payment is cleared. If it is sent on a  Friday or a Saturday the ROYAL MAIL post doesn't class Saturday as a working day, nor Sunday or Bank Holidays ....

CARD LEFT ???

If your Post person make an attempted delivery and leave a Card while you were out card and you do not pickup your parcel from your sorting office or arrange another delivery with them, the package will be returned to us after 10 days. Once returned to us, we will notify you via email. If you want the parcel resent you will have to pay the full postage again, if you refuse to pay postage return then the item will NOT be sent back to you and no refund will be offered.

 

 REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY 

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned to us within 5 days of delivery for a full refund Minus ALL postage costs ...

 If you do have to return an item it must be sent back within 5 days if not NO refund will be given and if the item is new with tags it MUST have all tags attached if sent back if not NO refund will be given ....

PLEASE NOTE : Depending on the value of the item being sent back you will need to post it recorded delivery up to the value of £32.00 or Special delivery to the value of up to £500.00 with proof of postage or you will not be covered by paypal should the parcel go missing !!!
