All items are insured with Royal Mail, we obtain Certifcates of Postage signed and authorised by Royal Mail. In the rare event of the item being lost or damaged, we can offer a replacement / refund inline with Royal Mail's terms and conditions (www.royalmail.com). Royal Mail will not declare an item lost until 15 working days (inc Saturdays) have passed. Once items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard we must comply with their terms and conditions of carriage.
