Any items lost in transit must be notified immediately, if any problems arise then a query will be raised with the carrier and investigated by the carrier; all claims will be dealt with on a case by case basis. All goods are despatched via Royal mail or ANC carrier. Any returns must be returned in a resalable condition. (Faulty goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection any corrective action (credit or return) will be dependant on suppliers findings).
