  Return Policy
• We will not accept returns on games that are opened from their original seal. The only other except to this rule is if the item is defective.
• We will not provide exchanges or refunds due to computer incompatibility or outdated hardware.
• If the game is defective you must contact us within 48 hours.
• Customers must send defective items back to us for testing.
• If the item is tested to be defective, we will send a replacement and fully reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
