Returns Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Faulty products

In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued upon receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Should an item become faulty within the stated warranty period, but after our 30 day replacement/refund scheme, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement or refund upon receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Our Returns Address is shown below. Return postal costs will be refunded once the fault is confirmed. If the item is not found to be faulty, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping. All replacements are subject to stock availability. For all returns, please include the following: Your original invoice and all original parts/accessories included with the original shipping. A covering letter detailing the reason for return and the nature of any fault(s). Your preference for a replacement or a refund. Please allow up to 3 working days to process all returns, and up to 21 working days for completion of any repairs. The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.
